Training plan and videos for runners

** Welcome!** We would like to point out that the training will be more intense with each video. Especially for well-trained athletes, the first two training sessions will not be a sporting challenge. This will definitely change as you continue!

Only if the base is set up properly, you can go harder later on. ** "We also like to push limits and train all-out - but at this stage this does not help you or your running style." **

Our top athletes know that it will get harder soon enough and you will get your cardio workout - do not worries ;)

** You have the choice ** between a 12-week training plan in which the training sessions are coordinated. Or you decide for the free practice - you pick the videos you like.

If you do not train with the training plan, we recommend you to go through the videos once from # 1 to # 6. The units build on each other and so you will improve the fastest and most efficient way. Afterwards, you can work on your weak points and know what the specific exercises are all about.
